This story was inspired by an NPR piece I recently heard on the Six-Word Memoir project. The project challenges people to write their life story in just 6 words. "Life Story" felt a bit ambitious for me today, so I just went with that old seasonal classic, "Life Story of an Oak Tree". Happy Fall, everyone!!!
